Kassidy King | Performer

Kassidy King is the fourteen-year-old daughter of Nathan and Dana King.  The Trinity Christian freshman honor student is an extremely busy teenager.  She has been involved in gymnastics since she was two years old.  She competes throughout the year and joins the National Gymnastics Team each summer.  Cheerleading was added to her activities during junior high.  This year she was excited to become a member of the Trinity Varsity Cheerleading squad. Music has been an important part of Kassidy’s life since she was three years old when she became a student of Cami Caldwell.  She was an original member of the Cactus Itty Bitty’s and enjoyed performing at various local and area activities as well as the Cactus Theater.  When she was nine, the group auditioned and was selected to appear on America’s Got Talent. Kassidy continues her vocal training with both Terri and Cami. She always loves to perform for an audience. A favorite memory from Kassidy’s young years comes from her first involvement in the Cactus Family Christmas Show which requires many hours of rehearsals and performance.  Her daddy still remembers one evening driving away from the theater asking if she wants to sing when she grows up and she said, “Yes Daddy, music makes my heart happy.”
